My life in bullet points:
Part 1: I was born and raised in Chicago, where I ran many miles on the lakefront.
Part 2: I went to college in Montreal, where I led the student newspaper without ever missing a print deadline.
Part 3: After college, I moved west to San Francisco to work for a nonprofit and later graduated from Berkeley Law.
Part 4: I spent seven years working at elite law firms, running deals, optimizing processes, and advising on high stakes and sensitive matters. More detail here.
Part 5: Seeking less time in traffic and more time in nature, I moved to a ski town in the Sierra Nevada. In 2025, I took time off from professional pursuits to tackle some personal ones.
Part 6: I’m looking to leverage the things I loved most about being a corporate lawyer—solving problems and being a metaphorical air traffic controller—to work in operations and strategy for a mission-driven organization.
Things I love:
Big and scary goals.
Making order out of chaos.
All types of skiing.
Tacos Oscar, always and forever.
